Don't sit on that chair

We have 4 chairs that we have been trying to find out the manufacturer and approximate age that were from my grandmothers home. There is nothing on the wood of the chairs to indicate a name or a mark of the manufacturer. We also looked under the seats with no luck. The seat is an embroidered velour of some type. Any ideas would be helpful
