When I saw this I knew it belonged to be reunited with its parent....
Tango orange vase 1920's, Bohemian maker in the shape of a crown, so this will be hence known in this household as Prince Tango the 1st.
Unfortunately I've had to remove some of the photos. The seller seems to have lost their sense of humour and states I've used her photos without her permission. Bit of a sad state of affairs when sellers become so carried away with themselves. It's quite astounding actually. She's also contacted me during a recent sale attempt on a triple red vase stating I was trying to get a discount based on my circumstance. No, you nasty person, I wrote to you during the commencement of a new sale and stated I was the lady with cancer, to help you remember who I was. Anyhow, I'm going to be the mature person in the deal and not name you in public but if anyone wants a reference for this seller I am happy to provide the facts around dealing with this seller.
I don't know which I like most, Anne, this lovely vase, the idea of giving a vase a name or the name itself.....
lol, I have quite a few I've named...
Thank you...
It's funny. A lot of ppl get a bit sniffy about Tango...they feel it is plain and not much in the design. I disagree completely, the colour and the lines are beautiful and as I pick up different pieces I apprciate exactly what they were trying to achieve. The artists and makers were designing fun, colour , dance and joy...boy could this planet do with this......
Totally agree Anne. It is fun and fantastic.
fabulous!!!!
many thanks Karen and Sean....

This was for you, Anne! Lovely pieces.
See my comment on the next post.
thanks Ian, got it...Anne
sadly I had to change my description of my selling experience and the dealings I had with this seller.
I also removed her photos as she became upset about this too.....oh the glass world...
the saga continues!!!
Snippy people!
You OK Anne?
The seller of this vase got extremely rude when I offered on another item.
And then complained about the postage of this item being 5 cents more than she charged. Then she said I was trying to get a discount and used my cancer as an excuse. What I had said very innocently was my hours were less so I offered lower money because I can't afford to pay full price. She then berated me through ebay. So I had to report her. And when I downgraded her feedback due to the experience we had with her whinging about the 5 cents she sent me three long emails attacking me. So again we complained to ebay today.
The thing was we offered to pay the 5 cents. She also was complaining about the ebay fees.
My husband has his own view on why a woman would act like this but I can't post this as it's unfair, as we don't know. We are just letting the ISP and the Ebay complaints division deal with it.
Oh she also whinged about us using her photos, so I removed them, although ebay said unless she has copyright registered I am able too. But it raises a good point. Where you have an unco-operative seller you're best to not use their photos. I hadnt even thought about it. Talk about a strange one behaviour unbecoming.
totally irrelevant as I had bought the item....
KAREN BTW THANK YOU FOR CARING ENOUGH TO ASK :)
