The PET Milk Company used to give these, and most likely samples of their product, to parents for the new baby's nourishment!
I don't know, they spelled my surname incorrectly….maybe I was a Hospital mixup :)
Nice big size, too! :) I remember the goodie bags I got in the hospital, I kept all of the things for keepsakes, they are sentimental value. :)
Thank you, Katherine. I have the bracelet that the Hospital would put on newborns (name & birthdate). Unfortunately, it's been misplaced :(
Such things do hold so much sentimental value!
Hi, Thomas….thanks for the love!
Thank you, 'Buss!
Great keepsake-- the name misspelling really makes it interesting! Good thing the "Staub" family didn't take you home!

Was just looking at mine it has Carnation milk as the advertisement.
Hi, Scottvez…..thanks for your input on this item! As a kid, people would ask if I was related to Rusty Staub, the fine Expo and Mets player, and even more zany, at one time, I was involved with a young lady named Carol Staub…geez did that cause confusion…ha, ha :)!

Hello, Caperkid….thanks for the love, and for the comment. I think that PET Milk Products became part of the Carnation Company sometime in the 50s.
Good to hear that you still have your birth notice!
I'll post it in a bit.
Thanks, val…and thanks for sharing your family story, too!
