Recent thrift shop acquisition that I love. Base stone is a jasper I believe. What is this? Looks sort of art deco??

Jasper top, glass setting, free swinging "tassel". Gold toned paint on glass around gold bead. Stunning, and different from anything I've ever seen. What is it??

Just a teeny bit Egyptian revival?

Any clue on the back that it might have been a brooch at one time?

It is still a brooch. Wide gold pin, some age to it, pretty good shape though.
