Petite by Cotter?

I have this perfume bottle and have seen several almost identical with the exception they are all marked with Cotter or Petite by Cotter. This one is marked "Created by Princessive" or it actually looks like " "Princesstve" Can anyone tell me about this?
It may have had stones set in the stars at some point but not since I have owned it.
