This early 20th century, or possibly, late 19th century piece has a sublime and regal presence. It has metal-coil springs underneath the seat and its materials include: cotton, as a seat stuffing, and what appears to be "potato-sack" cloth for the underside covering.
There was a tag stapled which was difficult to read but the grammar stated: "A complaint about this article must be accompanied with this tag."
