These have the peculiarity of having three 'tadpoles' rather than the more usual two and having hoops near the base. No pontil mark.
Truitt II page 49 has a taller pair of yellow vases with hoops near the base, three 'tadpoles' and the same shaped rim. However the vases themselves are different in shape from these red ones.
Height 12.5 cm./5 inches
Beautiful vases!

Al and Fishiowa have similar - without the tadpoles - coming up under a search for "Kralik tango". I don't know the back story or the links for the Kralik attribution, tho. There may be lots of discussion already had for the quite distinctive base hoops.
Both the other examples are handled and have rim trails.
Hi scott, thank you....I'd have to agree :)
Hi Ian, just a suggestion.....compare the yellow vases p. 49 Truit II with the tall yellow jug, red handle and blue threading around the top, posted by Alfredo. Tell me what you think.
I once bought a jug like that (different colour combination....it arrived broken!)

Thank you, Nutsabotas. Somehow the photographs have made them look more 'sparkly' than they are. I don't know why that is.....
