I've had these in a box for over 30 years and before that they were my grandmother's. I discovered them again recently. I think they are from the 1900s, and are a tulip or cordial glass. The bottom green portion is ribbed and the clear glass is smooth. The dimensions are:
round circular top - 2"
total height base to lip - 5.50"
green circular base - 3"
height of green portion - 3.25"
height of clear portion - 2.25"
I would love to know more about these glasses, I have two of them. I have not been able to find any definitive information on them, or even find any pictures on the web.
no idea who made them but these are often listed as German wine glasses or roemer:

Tall cakes, they are very similar but the lip is much smaller than those in the article. Originally I thought that's what they were but the dimensions and shape were too far off. The closest I have found so far say vintage 1900s tulip cordial green ribbed glasses. Even finding an image online has been hard. Thanks for your reply.
