My grandmother recently got dementia that progressed very quickly. She collected her whole life. Kept everything in curios perfect.
This set of 2 grey dog figurines... I cannot find anything similar online to get an idea of price.
I have played with the words in searching. Each time scrolling through google images as well as main search results : grey dogs ...figurines..statues.. terrier.. scottie .. westie ... sheltie ... porcelain .. ceramic..chalkware..set..sculptures..unmarked....#11 #12... 11 12 ... unmarked ...
THERE IS an 11 clearly carved into one & a 12 clearly seen in the other.
This will not let me upload more than 2 photos. (I adjusted size as instructed)
So the height of the dogs is a little more than 6 and a half inches. I chose the pic that may possibly be sloppy initials also scratched into the back.

I like these very much! Grandmothers have the nicest things...
The number are design/mold numbers. These sorts of ceramic dogs were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s and usually Asian imports. Places like Woolworth's used to carry them.
