Hello! I have this lovely blue picture frame with hand painted gold trim. I think it is really pretty, but can't figure out who made it especially since half the mark is covered by the wooden frame :( I can't remove the wooden part. There seems to be a "Y" mark with some numbers. The design looks French to me but I don't know much about China or glassware. It stands 6" tall. Thank you in advance for any help :)
This looks to me like a marriage of a ceramic picture frame to a wooden back.
Efesgirl you are probably right! It's so pretty I like marriage just wish they had not covered the markers mark :P
