This vintage brooch is a lovely example of the arts and crafts jewellery.It has a domed ceramic /pottery cabochon held centrally in an intricately worked handmade oval roped sterling silver mount.
The sterling silver setting is oval within a diamond shaped foliate trails motif
I am hoping someone can date and know who made this piece I can't see any marks/stamps on the back but I think it is from the 1930s or 1920s?
