The morning light catches its beauty. An orange glow with blue swirls around this hand blown art deco compote. Size is 14" in diameter, hand blown with a strange marking inside. The marking is an oval pressed into the glass seen from both sides, with what looks like a misshapen fish or letter "Y". If anyone knows what this is, please let me know.

      Hi
Sorry to be so long to respond, not much time.....
Imo, and this is my 2 cent, this could be Swedish ""Kosta Boda Footed Bowl In Orange""with threading.
Is this a label in picture 2, if it was a label, you could start there.

      Regards
      Alan

Thank you Alan for the information. It is embedded in the glass.

      Reminds me of Loetz Tango.

Thanks Emma. I think the Loetz Tango is the closest anyone has come to it.
There is still the embedded figure I cannot find anywhere.
