All metal. Pretty sure the bottom is brass and the lamp shade part is a green metal. The bottom of the lamp has green velvet so it is non-slip. It was taken out of the Frederick Bros. Mill here in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, when it was torn down. It takes a 3 stage incadescent bulb and has a regular two prong plug that is brown. If someone could please let me know what style or brand it is, since it has no markings, and if you could possibly tell me how old it is. Thanks and enjoy. Email me @ lafferty011@gmail.com.
