      Very nice! That's a seashell, not an owl. An acid test will determine if it is silver, but can't determine the amount of silver without either a stamp or a gadget that measures the silver content of an item.

      LOL! "Coquille St. Jacques" Scallop Shell. If I squint real hard - I can SORT of see how it COULD be an owl But he's awfully fat - he'd never get off the ground. And without a beak - how would he eat?
