So this little glass dish is quite heavy, and seems to be etched, or molded, with what appear to be Grecian style figures on either side. Hard to see in the first photo as the glass is fairly clear. 6" x 3 1/2". I couldn't find a mark, unless the butterfly in center front is a hallmark? What is this type of glass called? If anyone has an idea of who made it, I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts. Thanks for looking.
MYSTERY SOLVED: By the nice folk who administer the Lalique site! Greg Zimmerman informs me that this isn't Lalique, and troubled himself to send me a link to the page where my dish pattern resides, apparently it is "Heinrich Hoffman #516 Gablonz a.N. Czechoslovakia, probably 1933-1934."
It has a Lalique style to it but I think it would be signed if it was. Beautiful little piece though Katherine. :)
Love this beautiful (pin tray?) Piece, so Art Deco!
Satin glass?
Rather named clear and frosted !

Mike, thanks for the compliment, that was my thought, that if this was important glass, it would be signed? :)
kyratango, it is about the size of a pin tray, and yes I thought Art Deco, too. Frosted or satin, on the one side, clear otherwise. :) But wait, do you really think it's Lalique? I'll have to look into it! :)
kivatinitz, thank you, it is a very pretty Art Deco-Nouveau dish. :)
kyratango, the link that you posted was taken down, it could be because they found out that dish is not Lalique, either a fake or a reproduction, it's hard to tell from the site I looked at. I sent in pictures of my dish on the off-chance it might be authentic, I'll post whatever I find out.
