She is a porcelain collector doll they were never sold as toys in 1980s-90's . There were so many companies producing these dolls they were sold in millions . Hopefully if you look at back of her neck it will say who made her . Have you checked there ?
Yeah I have looked but no name even checked under the hair line aswel
If no mark pretty impossible to say who made her :-( It is not artist doll they were have signed it so it was sold by one of so many companies and many were exported from Taiwan an China .
