Can anyone identify this lock? The only recognizable mark I see is a number "10" shown in the second photo. It is in good shape and works with the key in the photo. I would love to put an age(or at least an approximate age) on it and maybe a value if it is something people collect.

If nothing, I think it is cool old lock!

I have a similar lock made by the Eagle lock company. I uses the same type of forked key. With moving over the years and my parents passing the key has been lost. Recently came across the lock but no key. I am currently trying to research Eagle Lock Company trying to locate a replacement key.

I have a identical lock except its marked with a number 9. The brand is faint but but you can still make it out. The lock is stampted, " Secure lever", on the face of it. Hopes this helps.
