Midnight1208
(135 items)
This is another piece I have had for a very long, long time. I purchased for the muted colors. It is on paper, however, I cannot tell if it is print or original. This is also a small sticker on the back that has the following information DR8346 underneath that is the number 6 and underneath that is 950; all foreign to me. There is a label on the back, unfamiliar language. Can anyone tell what the label reads? Thanks
Midnight1208, lovely Cubist Abstract, the writing look German to me.
Closer look of a painting you should reveal brush stroke, now if it's a print, this should be detectable by using a magnifier glass, some small dot should be present, either print or painting, very attractive artwork, love it.

Alan
Alan, thanks. I will make a closer inspection of it.
This a copy of the painting Bottle, Guitar, and Pipe made by Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973) in autumn of 1912 in Paris.
The original is made by using oil, enamel, sand, and charcoal on canvas
The Museum Folkwang in Essen is the owner the original painting.
Picasso, huh. Wow. Well I guess this would actually be my first Picasso. Never would have thought. Thanks very much mp.
No it is not your first.

I am sorry, I should stated that it was my first purchase of a Picasso. The others were purchased within the last couple of years. I have had this one for over 8+ years.
