Marks-"Sterling" one mark on stick pin and one on back of barrette.
Dome piece is 3"
with stick pin just under 5"
Why would someone write on this with permanent marker I have no clue!!!!!
And no that's not the price I paid ;)
Purchased from a "Mom & Pop" shop...one of my favorite places to shop.
They are so nice and I enjoy our conversations.

The permanent marker number is perhaps for inventory or model?

I sure didn't try nail polish remover....acetone or non acetone?
Alcohol would probably work, too.
