Found this lovely item at an estate sale here in Ocala, FL. Unfortunately, No one knew anything about it. The owner was quite elderly when she passed. Hope someone can offer some hints as to what it is or where I can go to research it. Am dying of curiosity!!

Width - 18.5"
Depth through the item [front to back] - 4.5"
