pink ribbed bowl and plate (Salver)

I do not know anything about these items. I have searched and come up with nothing. I did find a pattern called Victoria , it was close but did not have the balls on the footing. I have a white bowl too. The bowl is 9 6/8" diameter and 4 1/2" tall. The plate is 12 1/4" wide. I have searched all the books I have and cannot find the pattern. The clear bowl is the same dimensions as the oink one. These belonged to my moms collection that i now have.
