Belonged to my grandmother

I got this from home after my mom passed away 43 years ago. It sat on her dresser for years so I believe she got it from her mother. I have no idea how old this is, where it came from. One drawer is missing the front and I have no idea where that is. There are some old clip on earrings inside that I remember my mom wearing. Can anyone tell me anything about this? Approximately 10 inches high and 18 inches wide at the bottom. Top flips open and there are 2 smaller drawers and one large one. It has some damage but don't we all when we get older? :)
