    It is a beautiful lamp. The top globe is larger than normal yet the glass has a lightness to it like it was hand blown. I have not found any identifying markings on it yet.

      I imagine the base lights up. They used a really neat metal diffuser for the light which usually gave it a beautiful soft light. They were made from the 1970's to early 80's. I have seen some signed with year on them and most not. I have one my father had, different style, the lamp is signed and the pair of ceiling lights were not.
