This is an old handmade wood clamp. I cannot identify what it was used for, if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

You didn't give a length but it appears to be about 2 feet long(?) It would function as a woodworking clamp that could be used by a carpenter or cabinetmaker to clamp boards or parts together for gluing. They were usually used in sets of two. Of course it could have had a specific function but that may never be known.

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. The clamp measures 21" long by 2 3/4 wide.
