fantastic painting from south america- santiago delgado

this painting has traveled some-what, per my research, was in California early 70s,, traveled to the east coast by- Cart and Crate of los angelas, sorta got lost in time-- sold as artist unknown,,, per my research-- I figured it to be Santiago Martinez Delgado,,, 1934 art expo - century of progress,,, worked with frank loyd wright,,,,, painting has 1 after the signature,,, I believe it to be his first notable work,, he had started painting at age 12,,, most works are in museums,,, none have surfaced in 30 yrs,,, believe he died in 1954- rather young
