Kralik, Loetz? Lovely Iridescent Rose Bowl

This is a Lovely rose bowl, However, I am not really sure on the maker, pattern. The glass itself seems to be a odd base color as well, its a bright white opal almost, which you can see from the last photo of the pontil. The iridescence is very nice, and I feel like this is a high quality piece. I would love to hear from the expertise of my fellow collectors weekly patrons. Thanks for looking.
