My mother and I recently purchased this 1 Family owned Edison B250 Phonograph. An 80+ year old lady said her grandfather purchased it new and it's been left in her care since he passed away. It came with a collection of 50 records and they had all the original dividers with the numbers between each record in the drawers of the phonograph. it's been very well cared for and is in excellent condition. Plays like it's new.
Love it!
It sounds great! I have to say I was amazed at how smooth it played
I have to say of all the machines i've been around and used this is definately one of the better sounding ones. This one also has the key which is great because many times you find they're locked shut
Also you can get a 78 rpm adaptor to play regular 78's with. I have them from time to time.
oh wow that's neat i didn't know that phonologic! I will check into that for sure :)
I actually have one that will work on your machine now, in the gold plating. If you remove the grille from the machine, there should be a cradle on the front-left side. This is where the diamond head was originally shipped and where it can be stored.
