I don't know much about PéDéBé - but this is an interesting Deco décor for having chevrons between the normal lines and spots. I am posting as Welz.
It is 10cm high x 12cm diameter.

Lovely....just about my favourite Art Deco décor!
PéDéBé is, I believe, an importers mark/label. It is also found on the bottom of glazed ceramic dresser sets and some dishes. It's presence on the glazed underside of items indicates, at least to me, that the marks were applied prior to packing for shipping by the manufacturer. The same is likely true of the Welz glass found with this label on it.
And yes... this is Welz production.
