I really like these types of handles. this knife is in really nice tight/sharp condition. it measure 10 in. long and I got it at a real STEEL
this 1 was found at an estate in a box with 1 other german knife that's @ 10 in long. gotten both delivered for 30 bucks. fantastic !

thanks caperkid. I didn't think my collection would move near as fast as it has. thanks to some great ebayers. ive got a few old german sheaths around, but the pommel is bigger around than the stag handles and they wont snap shut around it, but that's ok. ill worry about sheaths later. finding these jewels at an affordable price is the hard part. they are all worthy of the best sheaths money can buy. ive got my eye on a few more, but itll be a while before I can , hopefully grad 1 of them.
I'm with you, Andy, on the handle. I like how you can also use the handle as a weapon, the guard and pommel, almost like brass knuckles. Doubly lethal! ; )
this 1 has a long wide handle. itll accommodate really large hands. the germans sure had a nice design right here.

this 1 is an original bowie knife. I cleaned the blade and the lettering was really faint. it disappeared when sanding it.
Is there a market for these Bowie knives? I have one with the case. Blade is a little tarnished but overall in great shape.
