Super-sized Faience Spoon and Fork

I think these are from the 50s, 60s, or 70s. They have the copyright symbol along w/ the letters KMC. i'm pretty sure that they are faience though. it has that feel and look at the chips around the nail holes. anyone know who KMC is?
