Found a bunch of vintage stuff today from the 50's, ah cool.

This is a heavy enameled plate with glass stones on it, heavy glazed.
I was wondering who the artist from San Francisco was.

Billy this is a great find!
The artist is Win Ng, an American born artist of Chinese parents.
He was considered one of America's greatest enamel artists and his works are highly collectible.
Your plate probably dates around the 60s or 70s when he was at his most prolific.
He died in 1991.

If you google his name you will find platters similar to this for sale on eBay, Etsy and 1stDibs. I dare say it is worth more than you paid for it lol!
