Dad's chair that is much nicer then we all thought

My dad found the chair sitting next to a dumpster thirty years ago. He used it as his dinning chair for most of his life. We all made fun of him for using a chair he found garbage picking. I am a carpentor but I over looked the craftsmanship. Finely I took a close look at it and was astondded at how nice the whole thing is put together. Then I started looking for one to match it and have never come a cross one. Anyone got any ideas?
