Has anyone every seen one of these? It screws into a light socket, has wires that are wired to the socket and the wires wrap around wooden slats from top to bottom. The top is ceramic, there is some type of paper inside that lines it, and a small light bulb (might be a second socket inside). I would guess the paper is to change the color of the bulb, but I can't imagine this was too safe when turned on. I suppose it could be home made, but I doubt it. The third picture is a bottom view.
