Unmarked, oversized brooch. Belonged to a fashion model from the 40s-50s. Measures 4 inches across. Any idea what designer it could be?

How do you know it belonged to a fashion model? What was her name? Not possible to tell you who the designer was, since the brooch is unsigned.
