Hi just wandering if this is familiar to anyone. It's a heavy lamp. About 70cms tall. Shade is like a hard resin material. Base is metal.
    Thanks

The metal tip unscrews to lift the shade off.

Appears to be a modern decorative piece in the style of early 20th century lamps.

I see these with regularity at antique stores in my area.

Thanks Scott. Just a remake of an antique lamp then?

Sure looks that way to me. The base color/ cord and style are all typical of the modern ones.

Nothing wrong with them (they do look good), just not something that is collectible nor will it appreciate over the years.

many of these newer Tiffany style makers include a small tag soldered inside the shade.
