These are also from today's flea market hunt - $10 for both. The bracelet is quality, with every link ring soldered closed. I tried looking up the marks and got a big fat zero.
ACB = Authentic Celtic Bracelet (??)
Maybe the second set are Irish silver hallmarks (still researching).
The ring is by British jewelry designer Kit Heath (KH). Copyrighted.

I sent off an email to the Ireland hallmarking people to see if they know anything, but the search goes on!
Apparently, the mark is from Scotland...still searching!
