Weekend flea market find; wish it would have been a green one. Not crazy about the gold but for the price, I couldn't leave it behind. Thanks for looking, MFT

Anna & Phil, thank you very much!
Mike, thanks for the love!
I like this retro glass! These trays weren't made in green - only the gold carnival glass.

Efesgirl, thanks, I saw that also and thought, wow-that should make it special; but when I checked EBay, there were clear ones and green ones for sale (non-iridescent). Mine is straight up gold though, Not iridescent - so is that the difference maybe? Could it mean that only the "gold" was done in carnival iridescent?
Thanks for the loves, efesgirl, racer, and petey; appreciate it!
MFT, carnival came after the originals, as I suspect TallCakes would tell us. But why don't you like the gold? I think it's wonderful, the color is so warm and cozy, great for a kitchen display. :)
Katherine, thanks I did not know that; I like the gold ok, it's just I'm a "green-freak" and want everything in green, LOL. But I must say, the gold is growing on me! And when I get another display cabinet, I can display it next to my orchard pyrex of similar color; OR, I'll just have to start collecting gold stuff now LOL.
The more the merrier I always say! :)
Just wondering though, if Indiana Glass came out with the milk glass Harvest Pattern in the 50's, and didn't do the Carnival Harvest Pattern until the 70's, were the original colors (amber, olive) done in the 50's also? Or later?
Thanks, Rick!
Manikin, thanks for the love!
Thanks for the love, nutsabotas6; much appreciated, MFT
Sean, thank you for the love!
The handles look so dainty and delicate ~ so breakable! Can't say why, but I LOVE this little tray. [;>)
Ha, Nevada the picture is deceiving! They are very sturdy, as a matter of fact, being Indiana Glass the entire tray is very thick and heavy, very strong! Thanks for the love and for the nice comment; Antiquerose, thanks for the love also!
Rick, thanks for the love!
Thanks for the love, Destiny!
