Urns are difficult as they follow a basic pattern, but this is a special one waiting for a "box" / ID.
It is 15cm high x 7.5cm base x 7cm rim diameter.
I haven't seen a similar blue ground before, but am thinking Czech, unknown! At the moment!

Haha! 3 of the urns are mine - I remember this post well, but the one which stands out is the one with the same blue glass ground.
