this is a full can and i like to no the year and can some one tell me why the old full can seem to suck them self in i have a few full ones like that t y

if you look at the logo and the hand is detailed then it is an older one. it looks like it is but i cant tell by the pic

There are three variations of this can. If it says Kendall Ref. Co. it dates to 1964-65, Kendall Ref. Co., Div. of Witco it dates to 1966-72. The 1976 version lacks the PGCOA #3 identification

the hand has lines on it and its says witco divion canada ont. and ty both for the help
