This bear is 20cms tall and 9cms wide from shoulder to shoulder, I don't anything about him, but estimate him to around 80-100 years old as it was given to me by an aunt who was given him by her aunt who had him as a young girl. He's quite a solid bear, and his paws are very firm. Plastic nose and eyes I think, don't know what material he is.

I would say 1950s-1960s at earliest when plastic noses and eyes were used his fur is synthetic not mohair .
Cute and nice to have as a memory of your Aunt :-)

Thank you for the info, would love to know more about him, my aunts aunt was younger than I thought then lol, although I was young myself when I evaluated her as ancient, yes he's very cute, thanks again

Often impossible to tell maker on this type bear as so many companies were making them at the time if he had a cloth label would be only way to know for sure . I assume your not in US since you used cms so doubtful made here as he would have had to have a tag naming country made in .
