A nice Deco style bottle, and it glows nicely under the black light. I have a feeling it's not old, but as the saying goes, collect what you like.

On the bottom of the bottle should be an etched oval circle with Made in Czechloslavakia. It may be very hard to see. You might have to move it around in the light to find it. It is probably etched and wore down a bit. Also if you look at the dauber and it is broken on the bottom or long and intact and what looks like a drip at the bottom, it usually means Czech too. If you take a picture of the dauber by itself it could help. I have some myself. Also if the glass seems thick and kinda heavy its probably Czech. If none of these are true to your bottle it could be a Japan made one. Take a picture of the bottom also.
