Glassnutt

Help! Anybody know what this style is called? Any idea who made it? I never saw anything like this matte aqua green pot and it was affordable so I brought it home. What drew me to it was the glaze. It is mottled and reminds me of glazes from Ohio potteries. The tentacles foot seems to me to be well executed. Maybe a collector out there is familiar with this unique piece. Thank you!
Weird that ! LOL !
Yes! I am sure though that it has a story ;)
Fascinating piece.
It's the Kraken!!
Now you got me scared. What do you suppose would happen if I put it in water?
Don't feed it after midnight and never get it wet ;-)
Fantastic piece, even if knowing nothing about it, would hace catch it too !
It's called Horror Sculpture. I love it!
LOL! This makes bringing it home worth it even if I never find out the maker.
Thanks for all the love and comments! Belltown, I have only had three dogs, all Golden's. Sweet photo.
Do you tie it down at nite ?
Here's another one (yours is MUCH nicer!)

Love it.... need to have one like it... hopefully you'll find out...
Thank you Efesgirl for the leads, I did find several sights that had tentacle items but no matches close enough. I find researching tentacle pieces causes me to cringe and screech.
Well, I think it might cause bad dreams here. Actually, I really like the design ! Reminds me of my life's path. LOL !!
I keep coming back to look at this. I don't know who made it so I can't help with that but it's glorious!
