Amber Glass Plate with Gold Etching

I just love beautiful glass with gold trim, and I found this amber plate at a Salvation Army store. I think it may be Moser glass, but I haven't been able to confirm it. The center ring is trimmed in gold, and is raised. I think it must have had a smaller bowl for the center. It measures 11 3/8" in diameter. What can I say...I'm a sucker for bling!! If I can't use it, or find joy in looking at it every day...no sense having it take up precious room!!
