These are two 8inch leaf plates - I guess as Wedgewood Majolica. Not very good condition but a family set non the less. Anybody have any idea of when these were produced? Again I guess at between 1860 - 1900?
Thanks
This design is called Green Geranium. These plates are not Wedgwood, but fashioned after a design made by Copeland/Spode. Soak off that label and see if the word "COPELAND" is impressed onto the dish.

Well Efesgir
Off came the label and you are right COPELAND is stamped on the underside.
A very quick (and accurate) response - most helpful - blooming marvellous!
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Mystery solved :-)
Love this pattern, of course I love and grow geraniums so these appeal to me. Great solve, Bonnie! :)
Fantastic job Bonnie!.
I love the plates too Gopher.
Thanks, katherine & racer!
Gopher42 - I think these plates are beautiful. A few nibbles here and there only adds to the appeal, and shows they had a life.
