I am so happy with my new acquisition in the field of antique Art Deco silver lipsticks. And above all because this is special for there is a dark red top on. In tests, this seems to respond positively to Simichrome so this top is of Bakelite. Highly adorned holder all around with dark red black Bakelite top on lipstick holder. No lipstick present. Compartment that would hold the lipstick goes up and down with ease. Measures 2 1/4 inches tall and 3/8 inch in diameter ~ slim tube as were so many of the vintage lipsticks ~ very good condition with some minor normal wear. Different hallmarks including 900 for silver and JV for the maker I suppose.

Is this meant to wear on a necklace?
