This is one massive family reunion. Close to seventy relatives. My great great great grandparents, Peter and Anna Borgstrom came to America (Minnesota) from Sweden in the 1860s. They had roughly twelve children, I am still researching the exact number. My great great grandfather Charles Broberg, the grandfather of my grandpa Robert, who I have made many posts about on here, married the eldest Borgstrom daughter, Anna (Jr.). It's funny, as massive as this seems, this isn't even close to all of the living descendents of Anna and Peter that were still living at the time this photo was taken. I have dated it to around 1929, judging by the age of my grandfather. He is the little boy I have labeled 1. His mother is labeled 2, and his father, Walter, Charles's son, is labeled 3, to the right. Anna, Walter's grandmother, is the older lady in the housecoat infront of him. Peter had been gone for over fifteen years at this point. I know who a few of the other people are for sure, but the vast majority are a mystery, with only vague guesses possible. Charles moved out to North Dakota some twenty-five years before this photo to claim some of the last remaining frontier.
