Would like to know more about this set. Purchased at an antiques store a few years ago, and wondering what style/era it might be. Any information would help. Thanks!

Very Nice -- Can we see a Picture of the drawer sides to see what kind of construction was done on the corners.....as that would be helpful.

      ~ Are there Dovetail Joints?

just wondering -- in the second picture is the inlay just painted on? Or a glued sheet? As I see a Seam right in the middle. I do not see much wear on it for age related wear...so ?? I will wait to see the inside drawer corners, and if you could get a close up moreso of the inlay ( ? )

Look something like these ?? pair of 20th century louis XV style marble top commodores. Still would love to see the inside joints and inside wood etc on yours

Yes, I would say French. They are exquisite! My Grandmother was a collector and I saw many but these are over the top!

antiquerose, I added a view of the drawer sides. They are dovetail, but I can't tell what style. Your discerning eye might be able to place the vintage! The inlay does appear to be glued on. Oh well. Still they're in great shape for what they are.
