does anyone know if this tiny 5 3/4 " vase is Famille verte? says made in china on bottom don't know the mark and how old it is?
and is there any value
I keep picking vases and then I end up giving them away for $20 which I think im getting ripped off lol if anyone can help me give pointers ect would be greatly appreciated thanks
No, not Famille verte. This vase was made for export and likely dates to the 1940s or 1950s.
This large vase also carries the same mark (you can translate the page automatically if you like):

Famille verte
( French: “green family”) group of Chinese porcelain wares characterized by decoration painted in a colour range that includes yellow, blue, red, purple, and green, the latter sometimes used for the ground. The verte palette that uses a yellow ground is famille jaune; the palette that uses a rich greenish black ground is famille noire. Famille verte ware was made largely during the Kangxi period (1661–1722) of the Qing dynasty.
No values given on CW.
