(46 items)
A Viennese porcelain planters, executed by AUGARTEN factory, designed by Otto Prutscher (Vienna 1880 – 1949) for the Wiener Werkstätte.
The height is 8.5 cm. Abstract hand painted decor. The condition is mint.Soiled and damaged WW paper label (the planters have served their purpose and it`s a miracle they are in pristine condition).
Augarten has used the mold to produce less decorated planters (1.white, 2. turquoise and 3.gold), but with different serial numbers.
A single planter was sold at the Vienna Art auction house "Im Kinsky" . http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/art-deco-vienna-porcelain-planter-by-otto
No references regarding the planters are currently available on the net. Any additional info is appreciated.
Thank you.

Thanks Sean, I have contacted Austrian collector a couple of months ago (your latter post). His white planter has different serial number and he was not sure about the attribution. Less decorated planters sold at auctions in Salzburg and Prague disappeared from Google.
