Well, not this exact shape, but you know that. Butler Bros 1900 has:
"Double glass "twin" vases with artistic feet. Made so that the inner lining is of coloured glass with the outside of crystal or otherwise, decorations in beautiful pink and opalescent tints with different coloured artistic feet, fancy odd shapes. In reality 2 vases in one. Height 12-inch."
Well, this doesn't fit the description or picture, but you get the idea. I consider these to use similar technology and ideas to the Victorian epergnes, which were a Kralik specialty.
The shape better matches Craig's Welz link below, so the pendulum on the Welz-Kralik axis is swung towards Welz on this one.
It matters to me to get more exact, but I think the pendulum is a good analogy for us (me anyway) in glass collecting as we all have our own (gut feeling) and rely so much on the interest and help of others (swinging the pendulum one direction or another).
    A dainty 20cm.

Although there is a similarity, that ad shows double tubed vases, and this is a single. I am not applying an attribution, but there is also an ad showing Welz production that has a similar frog legged design with a single tube. That ad can be seen here.

      http://www.kralik-glass.com/welz-images/butler/welzg8sa.jpg

That being said, although the vast majority of these style pieces have been attributed to Kralik through the years, I am not convinced that all, or even most, of those attributions are correct. Bohemian? Sure. Kralik for sure? Not so much.

There is, as far as I am aware, no known direct link of many of these style vases to Kralik, even though they are attributed to them. I am certainly not saying that Kralik did not make any. There is also no example of this style or the double tube vases in the Butler ad, shown in the Kralik Monogram from the West Virginia Museum of Glass. Similar style stuff? Sure.

There is, in relationship to the Butler ad referenced in the first comment showing twin tubed vases, the following three to consider as a strong link to Welz for both that ad, and at least some of that style of production. All three of the examples in the following link can be strongly linked to Welz production through each of the three decors being found on multiple Welz shapes.

Certainly, at the least, some serious food for thought.

Yes, Craig, I agree: I had hunted high and low for another frog leg vase through all the catalogues. I missed this one.
I must say this is a bit different to the ones I have which I feel confidently to be Welz, but I can't argue with the pic in the link or the single tube.
Maybe this has to rest slightly on the Welz side of a Kralik/Welz continuum?

Like I said Ian, I am not applying an attribution, but simply providing some food for thought. :-)

It looks more like your pic and I already have a ton of clear pink Welz.
